This video to the right was created by Jumeirah.com, and of course is focused on the experiences you'll get in one of their hotels - in this case the Burj Al Arab.

While Jumeirah historically refers to the area that was home to traders, fisherman, and pearl divers, the Jumeirah name is now used as a brand that signifies exclusivity. Jumeirah is also home to the Jumeirah Mosque, one of the few mosques that allows non-Muslims to enter.

Another world famous attraction within the Jumeirah region is Jumeirah City, or the Madinat Jumeirah. Jumeirah city consists of three 5-star luxury hotels known as the Mina A’Salam, Al Qasr, and Dar Al Masyaf. Also included are residences, a shopping mall, and a pier that stretches out into the Persian Gulf. There are also restaurants located on this pier.

Also located in Jumeirah is the world famous Walk at JBR. Stretching 1.1 miles, this oceanfront promenade is a mix of Arabic and Western food, shopping, and culture. With close to 350 restaurants, shops, and retail spaces, The Walk at JBR also offers entertaining street performances, art shows, and relaxing coffee shops. Located against the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, The Walk at JBR has the feel of a vibrant street festival where there is something for everyone. It’s no wonder why it is one of the most popular tourist spots in Dubai.

The Jumeirah Palm Island can not be overlooked either. The Palm Jumeirah is the world’s largest artificial island. Shaped like a palm tree, the trunk of the island acts as a main artery to the 17 different fronds of the island through an 8 lane motorway.

This area is also full of luxury hotels, restaurants, and shopping areas. Also underway is a project to be called The Pointe at Palm Jumeirah. This project will bring even more entertainment option to the Island.

Hotels, beaches, and stunning architecture make up a large part of what the Jumeirah district is all about. The following video will give you a taste of the luxuries you can expect in a Jumeirah Beach Hotel stay. There are plenty more videos on the Youtube Jumeirah channel.

The area of Jumeirah is now known as one of the most exclusive parts of Dubai.

A coastal residential area that is administratively divided into three neighborhoods, Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2, and Jumeirah 3, this area of Dubai is host to some of the most luxurious hotels, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Two of the more famous hotels in the Jumeirah Beach area are the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.....more....
